Using CueOffer

CueOffer provides AI-assisted interview preparation and related workspace tools. Use the service only where you are permitted to do so. Follow the rules of any employer, interviewer, assessment provider, or other party involved, and obtain permission before recording or submitting someone else's information where required.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your email, Google account, and devices secure. Do not share or sell account access, attempt to access another user's data, bypass usage limits, or interfere with the service.

Your content and AI responses

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You allow CueOffer and its service providers to process that content as needed to provide the requested features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Only submit content you have the right to use. Review AI-generated responses before relying on them. CueOffer does not guarantee accuracy, interview results, employment offers, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Purchases and usage

The checkout page identifies the applicable price, currency, and purchase details. Review those details before paying. Available access, usage allowances, and expiry depend on the plan purchased. A purchase does not guarantee that you will achieve a particular result.

For a billing error, failed delivery, or refund request, contact ticture@foxmail.com with your order reference. Do not send full card details or card security codes by email. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not excluded by these terms.

Availability and account access

Features may be updated, temporarily unavailable, or interrupted. We may restrict access when necessary to investigate misuse, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Contact support if you believe access has been restricted in error.

You may stop using CueOffer at any time and request account deletion by email. Deleting an account does not automatically resolve an outstanding payment, dispute, or refund request.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Nothing here limits rights or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law. Send questions to ticture@foxmail.com.
